Outreach and Mission
We financially support a wide variety of local and worldwide causes, both denominational and ecumenical, as well as providing hands-on involvement such as our participation in the Long Branch chapter of Habitat for Humanity.
Our commitment to Mission goes beyond the operating budget. Church organizations such as the board of Deacons and the youth groups raise funds for special needs. The Presbyterian Women are an active and nurturing presence in our church. They coordinate two major fund raising fellowship activities each year -- events the community looks forward to year after year, with over 75% of the proceeds going to mission.
Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, and teach them to obey everything that I have commanded you. And remember I am with you always, to the end of this age.
