It is hard to describe what it means to be a member of a choir. When we sing we pray twice. It is fun, exciting, very spiritual.
The Presbyterian Church at Shrewsbury has three choirs. Anyone who would like to try out the experience is welcome to be part of the fellowships of praise.
The Adult Choir – Rehearsal: September-
The Hand Bell Choir – Rehearsal: September – May, Thursday 8:30 PM. We play in worship once or twice a month.
The Children’s Choir – Rehearsal: September – May. Sunday Morning 9:15 AM. We sing in worship once a month.
During specific times of the year, members of our congregation with special musical gifts as well as artists from beyond our congregation are welcomed to be part of our worship experience.
