Communion: First Sunday of each month
Worship is the center of what we are and what we do as Christians. It is in worship that we proclaim that Jesus Christ is Lord, that we thank our God, that we bring our limitation and our pain to our loving Lord, that we hear the Word of God read and preached and allow it to guide us.
Worship is inspirational, with banners, with drama, with the music of the choirs, the organ, the bells, the congregation singing, all lifting our hearts and minds.
Worship is connectional, as it draws us into community and fellowship and reminds us of our roots and traditions.
Worship is grounding, as it shows us new ways to look at our lives and God’s presence in the world.
Worship is healing as we bring our brokenness to the community and to God who loves us.
We are the Easter people and Hallelujah is our song.
